As the Super Bowl 2012 approaches, preparations for the halftime show are gearing up and TMZ has the latest photos of what's to come for viewers and spectators of the big game. Madonna is rumored to perform with Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. since they are featured on her hit single due out February 3rd, Give Me All Your Luvin.' Nothing has been verified from anyone on that except for a tweet on January 27th when Nicki Minaj wrote that she was enjoying rehearsals for the Super Bowl halftime show. Who knows if that was intended to throw everyone off or if it was a tease of who will be on stage Sunday afternoon.

The queen of pop is believed to sing Vogue since the letters are in bright lights on the stage's floor panel. Photos of the stage show lasers, smoke, and high-tech special effects that will be a key part to the entertainment. Set up will take eight minutes and removal will be seven minutes. The halftime show will be 12 minutes in length. With Madonna about to release her newest album, MDNA, she is ready to get back into the spotlight. There is nothing like having the Super Bowl as the place to be center stage!

Another song Madonna is expected to perform at the Super Bowl 2012 halftime show is Ray of Light. Speculations as to what she will sing have been going crazy since it was announced she was the headlining performer. It will be one of the greatest shows the Material Girl singer is expected to put on for a mass audience of over 100 million people.

Two other guest performers most likely to appear on stage with Madonna include LMFAO, Foo Fighers, and Cee Lo Green. Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas told Billboard he is excited to see LMFAO at the Super Bowl halftime show.

The Foo Fighters were a fleeting report, but Cee Lo Green and the rest are the most rumored about.

Strong opinions have been expressed both ways regarding Madonna as the entertainment choice for Super Bowl 2012. She is paying the price for Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction since the FCC is putting strict regulations on reining in her creativity. Even NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodall, was decidedly on pins and needles about Madonna performing, as was revealed in a "60 Minutes" special Sunday, January 29th.

Super Bowl 2012 kicks off at 6:30 p.m., ET on NBC Sunday, February 5th.
